All three health insurance providers in Ireland let you pay by Direct Debit – Irish Life Health, VHI Healthcare & Laya Healthcare. Paying by Direct Debit for policies with Irish Life Health or VHI Healthcare does not incur a surcharge. But with Laya Healthcare you pay a 3% surcharge on top of your premium when paying by Direct Debit.
